Terms & Conditions

Contract: By making a booking with us secured with a deposit  you are entering into a contract with Epic Events. we will request payment via an emailed invoice for 50% deposit to secure any booking and remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to date of hire.we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the Hirer does not upon request make full payment for the Hire within the stated time period. In this event any monies already paid by way of a deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy:

Should the Hirer wish to cancel the booking after making a payment. The following shall apply-

Cancellation within 7 days from the date of booking. Hirer will receive a refund (provided the Hire date is more than 14 days from the date of cancellation).

If any booking is cancelled after 7 days from the date of booking & within 30 days of the Hire date, the Company will deduct a charge of 25% of the total Hire Fee from the fee paid before refunding the remainder.

If any booking is cancelled within 14 days of the Hire date, the Client will forfeit any fees paid.

Conditions:

1)The Hired items remain the property of Epic Events at all times.

2)The Hire begins on the day of Collection / Delivery and is for a maximum of 24hrs.

3)A non-returnable deposit is required to secure your booking.

4)Delivery and/or Collection service are free within a 5 mile radius of Bedford town centre.

5)Longer distances will incur a surcharge of £0.35p per mile.

6)Epic Events is NOT responsible for any Personal Injury, damage to property or personal effects caused by the use of these hired items.

7)It is your responsibility to check with your venue that the

• items hired are acceptable for use in or on their property!
• It is also up to you to check with the Registrar or Vicar if the items are able to be used during the ceremony.
• Check there is mains power available when & where needed.

8)All prices quoted are for items only.

9)Please check all items before signing.

10)Any damage must be noted on delivery.

11)If not You are responsible! You Will be charged for late returns, lost or damaged goods
